Late News Submissions
We are now accepting late news submissions through May 1, 2026. The only accepted file type is a PDF. Anyone submitting an abstract will need to create an account through Submittable by providing your first and last name, valid email, and a password.
Timeline
October 15, 2025: Abstract submission opens
February 9, 2026: Submission deadline extension
March 2, 2026: Late news submission site opens
March 2026: Acceptance notification
The ICMBE community is encouraged to submit abstracts for consideration. We are looking for papers in the following categories:
MBE Fundamentals, Innovations, and Production
III-V Semiconductors
II-VI, IV-VI, IV Semiconductors
Nitrides
Oxides
Magnetic, Quantum and Topological Materials
Heterostructures and Nanostructures
Heterogeneous Epitaxy and Integration
AI/Machine Learning
2D Materials
Authors are requested to prepare a 2-page abstract in a pdf format. The abstract should consist of one page of text and one page of figures and/or tables.
